just wonder if the ice has melted all the way off yet? has anyone fished it?

I have fished it twice a week, on a pontoon, for almost three weeks now. It's been slow. Bank fishing has also been slow but seems to be better on windy days. Powerbait I guess..
A lot of fish are hugging the bottom at 50' and 70' depth, which surprises me. Very few are breaking the surface.
Water temp has reached 39 to 41 degrees.
