me and crossineyes braved the wind tuesday and went after some walleye. the wind was pretty bad but fishable.
had a rough time keeping the anchor in place, it was just dragging most of the time. some times it would hold long enough to fish for about 1\2 hour then we would have to reposition or move to another spot. found a nice rocky area kinda wind protected and fished there for quite a while. I landed one 16in. male walleye and had a few other hits. bites were pretty hard to feel due to the wind.
it sure wasn't the best day for fishing but we did it.

Nice Report, Glad to see some coming from UL again, the weather has made it hard and reports have slowed. Glad to hear about the Eye!!! Great job,

Good to see someone made it out yesterday. I didn't get out yesterday due to weather (and the wife is ready to skin me) but I did get out mon and tonight caught 3 mon and one tonight just got done eating fresh walleye cheek and fillet [img]../../../images/gforum/Smile.gif[/img] They ranged between 16" and 19" good eatin lil fellers.
