Finally made it back up to Deer Creek this morning fished from about 9:30 to 2:00. Started on the main lake points jigging for walleye, caught smallmouth instead. Ended up catching 12 to 15 smallmouth from 6in. to 15in. nothing big, biggest was about 1 1/2 pounds. Played with the smallmouth till about noon then moved into the cove next to the main boat ramp. Found a school of walleye hanging on a ledge where the water went from 15 to 20 feet. Used lindy rigs for a while when they quit hitting them i switched to jigging caught 9 nothing big. These pictures are of the biggest and smallest walleye, and the heber creeper.
