Hey Folks
I just bought a 28 ft travel trailer. I want to go to Utah with the trailer and do some fishing. I have never been to Utah. Can u folks give me some locations. I want to fish (any type fish is fine) from the bank and looking for rv spot near lake or close by in a town preferably full hook ups. I am looking for something about 3 to 4 hrs away from Vegas. Thanks Cacoon

The Circleville area is fun. Tons of campgrounds to chose from that are RV friendly. Lots of places to fish! Piute reservoir, Otter Creek reservoir, East Fork of the Sevier in black canyon, kingston and Marysvale. You could also swoop down to Panguitch while your there.

Depends on also whether you are a beautiful scenery person. Some of Utah's reservoirs do not offer much to look at while your fishing. Duck creek and navajo have lots of campgrounds. Duck creek also has more to do than just fish. There is hiking , riding and many more things to do. Must try the pork sandwiches in the duck creek villlage. There is a guy who has a little cabin and thats all he sells is his smoked pulled pork sandwiches. In duck creek you can fish Navajo which has rainbows and brooks. If you are more of a pond fisherman there are two different ponds: Mirror Aspen and Duck Creek Pond. All three off excellent shore fishing. The campgrounds do not offer full hook ups but they are not needed as you do not need ac up there. They do have water at most campgrounds so you do not have to haul it up the mtn.
I can go on and on about duck creek if you would like more info.
