Tony Grove
#1
fished Tony Grove yesterday evening while camping with family. Had a slow start, used salmon eggs, spinners, and flies but nothing for the first two hours. Switched sides of the lake and caught one on a panther martin spinner (which I took back and ate [Smile]) returned later and missed 3 on the panther martin. The one I did catch was actually some little girls. I guess she had wondered off and her gpa asked me to reel it in seeing as how he didn't have a license so I obliged. I counted him when I told my family how many I caught [crazy] but anyways I had a really good time and did okay for a highly fished lake.

Thanks for the report! Sounds about right for this time of the year. You are right about it being heavily fished. I like to hit it in the fall when there are a lot less people there.

Thanks for the report. It brings back good memories of fishing and hiking around there while I was attending school at USU in Logan. We had some fun times a that little lake.
