Powell was down to 5 trillion gallons of water about 6 weeks ago when I was last there. I'm sure it's almost empty now[laugh]. In hindsight they should have stopped with Mead as there may not be enough water for both. But that's what you get when you think a desert in a good place to store trillions of gallons of water[crazy].
