Causey?

I fished Causey back over new years weekend and had some fun catching Kokes. I had heard the the koke fishing slows down after a few weeks of hard ice. Has anyone been up there lately? if so how were the Ice conditions and fishing. Thinking about going back up this saturday.

I was there this last friday, ice was good, edges were fine, fishing was slow and it was cold. I was thinking of heading there again this saturday as well.

Thanks, We can't decide between causey and East Canyon. We want a quick fun trip with the kiddo's.

We went up last Saturday, fishing was very slow. We had a fishfinder and could see that there were plenty of tiger trout around the shore...but they weren't very hungry. Most everyone else reported very slow fishing for tiger trout too, although one group seemed to have success every 20-30min or so. Heard no reports of anyone catching any kokes.

If you're looking for a good time with the kids I would recommend EC over Causey. Just my two cents, take it for what it's worth.....not much[]

Causey was terrible fishing last weekend. Fish were biting real slow till about 9am then it shut completely off
