I don't know all the rules but can't we start a Strawberry Fishing Club.
Just a dozen or so guys/gals that can share what they know with others. Split the gas and enjoy the company. That place is so much easier to figure out when there's more than one fishing all different colors/patterns.
We could go up as a group or just meet up there. Take a vote of where to fish this week. That way it wouldn't feel like you're trolling for a fishing buddy every week.
Let me know if you're interested.

[cool][#0000ff]Count me out. I haven't fished Da Berry for almost 30 years...and don't plan to start. Too many other places with non-trout species. I still enjoy catching trout...but not ONLY trout.[/#0000ff]
[#0000ff][/#0000ff]
[#0000ff]But, with the ridiculous gas prices it is wise to ride share whenever you can.[/#0000ff]

Haven't fished Strawberry in 10 years and may not start again this year. Too many other species without slot limits and lakes without crazy trout nuts pushing you off the water. [laugh] Have fun any way.[cool]

Getting pushed of Strawberry by other fishermen is not an issue. It is huge! So are the trout.
I realize it is more a technical lake however and one can get skunked...not me[cool] Just sayin'[laugh][laugh][laugh]

As soon as they plant tiger trout you have a deal. I usually only hit the berry 2x a year in the fall and through the ice.

You guys say that now, but as soon as pulling 28" and up Cutts and even bows (which it is already starting) it will turn into a Henry's Lake, where people go to catch the BIG ones.
(which I understand to a point, but they are not good eating, and to mount them is very pricy, no to mention, only have so many places to put the trophies...LOL
I will be going allot this year. Closer than Starvation....LOL
