Tips for Holmes Bass

Hey all I am hopin a few of you could give me some pointers on how to finally catch my first LM/SM Bass ever! I've been up to Holmes Creek alot this week and have been tryin my best to find a spot that looks like a good spot for a bass. I've thrown out pretty well every lure I can think of in attempt to get one but I gotta admit I am a novice at fishing and even worse at bass fishing.

I spent about four hours today walkin up and down the bank casting senkos, frogs, crawdads, nightcrawlers, poppers, spinners and alot of other guys in around above behind structure and cover. But I just can't find a bass or get on to bite.

Hopefully one of you have had luck with a bass at Holmes Creek and can give me a few points on what lure to use and maybe an area to try? Would be AWESOME. Thanks SO much!

I really don't know much about the bass population in holmes right now. I don't think it' so good. Maybe someone else will chime in.

If you just want to catch a bass. Mantua will be on fire in about a month. Cast plastics near the trees in shallow water.
