21st street pond in ogden
#1
Hi. I was just curious if anybody had any info on 21st street pond. I have not been there in years. Can anybody tell me what species can be found there these days? Also, if any one has been there, how is the fishing? Thanks.

Fished there a few times last year and pulled out some nice rainbows, a couple small crappies and even smaller bass. The northeast corner is my favorite spot. There's a tree down back there that always holds rainbows.

I fished it a couple weeks ago and caught some small bows and my wife caught a good sized brood stock bow, also saw a dead perch.
Talked to fish and game while i was there and was told that you could expect to find just about everything that is in pineview in there.

He said it could happen and if one got in there it would do well but he doubts they would make it that far as muskie don't do well in rivers.

Last year they planted it with alot of rainbows and albinos if you check the divisions website they report when and what the plant it with. I don't know if they've done much yet this spring. There was alot of ice fishing going on this winter so something must have been biting.
