Finally a fishin trip
#1
Between the weather and health issues, fishing has been slow this spring. Anyway, I have been out a few times. These are some pictures of a trip to one of my favorite large ponds near my home in Ky. Caught a mixed bag of crappie, redear, bass and bluegill. The gills and redear are very nice in this pond. Around 9" to 11". Caught most of the fish "trolling" trout magnet 1/64 oz jigs tipped with crappie nibbles and 2lb test line. Very effective method for me in my "Waterwagon" kickboat. Hope you enjoy the pictures.

That looks like just about the right sized pond for some fun fishing. Thanks for sharing. Our weather and the flooding of our streams etc is really making it hard for us to find a place to go that isn't a cold muddy mess. Nice to see someone catching some good fish!
