Gar smelled like french toast ,even my mother thought I was cooking breakfast,she smelled it from the other room.My nephew in the "bonefish pic" thought so too.He could'nt force himself to try it.I liked it,different.I added a little lime juice on the meat the night before. cooked it with butter.maybe it was the butter but it smelled like frenchtoast a little,ever notice that?
