Not at the Knolls
#1
I hit the Knolls for a little bit today from about 12:00- 3:00. I have been taking out my "wand" as tube dude calls it. I only hooked two white bass. I didn't find anything close to the shore today, and none of the bank tanglers were yelling. I think that it only took 15 minutes to go south around the point because of the nice breeze and the wonderful white caps. All of the fish I marked were out on nine feet of water suspended between five and seven feet down.
I was working way too hard to stay out, lots of paddling. But in the end I think that it was the four or so cars blasting accordion music laced with a horn section that pushed me home.
Fish Killer it was good to meet you and I hope to see you and our members on the water again.

PS everyone going out there keep you cars and everything else locked up tight. I had some guys walking around my truck and trailer for over 10 minutes. I think that my lock on the hitch and receiver kept a couple of guys honest. They were crouched there long enough for me to paddle up from the private property to the center and start yelling at them.
