Going to a family reunion next weekend at starwberry Bay, lots of kids, how is the crawfish fishing up there and what is the best bait?

Should be great, Raw chicken leg tied to a string, throw it out let sit for 5 minutes slowly drag it in and have a net ready to scoop them up. kids will have a blast. anywhere on the lake should have a good supply.
