Besides what the water levels are doing to the fishing, and making it hard for the reservoir fish to get up the creeks to spawn naturally, this happens to the hatchery in Wyoming that stocks Palies.

That is too bad. I guess thats why it is important to help fix streams so natural reproduction can take place as much as possible.
