Rules and regulations:
1. Entries close at the end of the drivers meeting August 6th 2011
2. All tournament waters shall be off limits to all tournament contestants as of
12 Noon August 5th 2011
3. Daily bag limit shall be 3 walleye and 3 Bass of which only 1 walleye may be
over 24 inches in length, all bass must be over 12 inches in length, there is no
minimum walleye size limit .
4. Live and artificial baits may be used in accordance with Idaho Fish and
Game regulations.
5. Fishing area: The legal boundaries of Salmon Falls Creek Reservoir, Idaho
6. Use of aerated live wells is required, no exceptions!
7. An Soz. penalty for each dead or poorly handled fish shall be assessed before
the final weight is determined.
S. No alcohol will be allowed in boats or on contestants during tournament
hours
9. Boats will be inspected prior to launch each day. A tournament official may
stop and inspect your boat at anytime during the tournament
10. The decision of the weight master and the tournament director shall be final
in all questions
11. Anglers are not allowed to harass or create conOict with the general public at
anytime. The general public has the right of way at all times including the
launch ramp and facilities
12. Complete rules and regulations shall be available upon request, Itshall be
the fisherman's responsibility to make themselves familiar with the rules and
regulations
13. All contestants must check in prior to the tournament and provide a copy of
liability insurance insurance, having a limit of at least $100,000.00 Copies of
insurance will remain in tournament file.

We have completed this entry form and have submitted the entry fee of $150.00 for participation in the tournament. For the privilege of participation in the tournament, we hereby waive and release the tournament officials from any and all claims for injury and damages incurring in the connection with this event. We agree that the tournament officials shall have the exclusive rights to take photographs or recordings of ourselves and to use such material in a lawful manner. We have either read the tournament rules and have found them acceptable, or waive the readings of such and agree to abide by them. The sponsoring organizations reserve the right to reject any applicants
