SFCR - this weekend possibly
#1
I am currently thinking about going to SFCR this weekend to try for some walleye's. Hopefully the weather holds out.

Anyone else interested in meeting up possibly?
i am driving down from the Kuna/Boise area and it takes me about 3 hours to get there. I was thinking either early saturday morning, or taking a nap and driveing down for evening fishing on Saturday. If I am really lucky i could get a room in Jackpot and have a warm bed, hot shower, and warm food, then fish again early Sunday morning.

I would also like to say THANK YOU to all the really nice people I have met here. Some of you I have had pm's with, and others I have spoken with on the phone. 1 of you I sent a bunch of stuff to since I thought you were just starting out tying flies...( you better be a kid is all i have to say, or Karma will bite you in the *ss)

I also am a scuba diver and underwate photographer.
I will include a link to some of my photos, please feel free to look at them if you have time, and let me know if you like them or not....after all, they are just amature pictures of fish. There are some tarpon pictures i enjoyed taking last year. One of the tarpon got really close and would allow you to pet him ( if peting a fish is possibly ). Thanks. Chuck/chuckster.forrest2906

2 strikes against going this weekend is first the wind is supposed to blow and second is that this weekend is the Walleye Unlimited fishing tournament so there will be a lot of rigs racing around. Good luck if you go
Fished there at the backwaters 2 weeks ago and caught quite a lot of fish.

Awesome pics. And one hell of an amateur - I got started on a
OM-1 nothing like the digital point and presto's of today. Almost made a grown man cry , obviously from my name diving was my greatest passion. Unfortunately due to a disability it is no longer possible.
I know as I foolishly tried ONCE the absolute dumbest thing I ever did . Knowing that gas entrapement in the nerve blockages would set off a disastrous set of events, I still suited up. I missed it that much - still do. Who ever said man was the smartest creature on earth ?

I shot an underwater film camera for many years before digital ever came out. Thank you for the kind words.
Most of the pics are from Bonaire, we dive there each year for our aniversary. Off the coast of venezuela...next to aruba. a desert like island. not tropical like hawaii.
