man its tough. went fishing for big ones early and nothing. couldnt catch one on topwater to save my life. a couple on jerks and a few more on cranks but all plastics. found one area were we caught them but the rest of the lake was not good. ended up with about 40 and no big ones. maybe 6 or 7 keepers. looks like strike is going through a not good phase right now.let me rephrase that. lurkers strike is on fire make sure you go there.

G, your the man on Strike so if you say it's tough it's tough. Thanks for saving me some gas.
Lowell was tough for my wife and I last night. We fished from about 5:30 PM to 8:30. I landed 4 between 10 - 12 inches and she caught a dink and a nice fat 16 incher. Noithing like it was on thursday evening.

Is anywhere good? I tried the middle fork of the boise. There were fishable holes, bit not a single taker all day. Salmon flies were hatching, but saw no fish taking them. I think it hasn't been warm long enough..
