smoked some perch today from Strike

Well i didi not fish today but i did smoke some of the perch from Friday

salt
water
brown sugar
1 lemon
tony chatureis
chipoltle red pepper
garlic powder

I did not measure anything except made sure the salt and water floated an egg
next day i used my smoke daddy cold smoker and smoked 5 hrs then used the traeger for 10 minutes at 180ish

It rocked. Now i just need some more perch![Wink]

I never thought of smoking perch. They taste too good fried.
