Been looking around gathering info for a few months for a new sharking setup. I have my hopes set on a lever drag type reel(Checking out penn squall LD50), but my main question is lamiglas rods. I dont know if anyone has bought the specific Lamiglas big fish seriers rods but performance wise are lamiglas decent name brand rods?? Im wanting too slowy venture away from ugly stiks and try something else out seeing as i cant find many 5 foot 6 inch heavy rods without all roller eyes, these only feature a roller tip which i think would be easier casting??? Im not sure on this either, any info would be greatly appreciated.
