Has anybody been to the renegade ramp at the berry lately? We're thinking of heading up tomorrow and would like to know if the load dock is still out. We've gone out late before and they've pulled it out making a very interesting load/unload experience. Thanks...

My buddy went up today and launched a small alum boat. But I'm not sure about the load dock.

They pulled it at least a week ago. Still enough water depth to launch my 17 ft StarCraft. Fishing was good but not great. Three of us got 72.

72 fish is not great? That is like 24 fish each. What is great?

No kidding. I'd be happy if 3 of us caught 24 total.

Did you make it up to Renegade? If so, I would like to hear a road and ramp report.

When we were there it was great weather, dry roads, the storm came a day later. NO CHUBS, noddda, none, even tho we tried to catch some for bait. We use shiners and small chubs we brought. This time of the year is great for lots of fish, but I couldn't catch on on a fly if my life depended on it.
