YOU DO NOT NEED A STAMP AS LONG AS YOU HOLD A VALID IDAHO OR UTAH LICENCE. YOU CAN FISH THE WHOLE THING. UNLIKE FLAMING GORGE OR POWELL YOU DO NOT HAVE TO GET A RECIPROCAL STAMP. IN FACT THERE IS NOT ONE AVAILABLE.

I have been fishing there for years and a stamp has never been required.
