You can park plenty of places for free.
To fish the narrows you can park accross the street from the caretakers house, its a small spot and a little steep down to the ice. The end of stringtown road will get you on by Browning point, its a longer walk but its flat.
Both of those places have plenty of perch. If they're not biting where you're at move 20 ft. A couple weeks ago I was at the narrows and we caught all if our fish in 25-30 feet of water using ratfinkees and sweedish pimples tipped with perch meat.

No charge to park at cemetery point, fishing was good on South side, but I haven't been there recently.

but - he might throw rocks, so watch your auger blades!

I could well be wrong, but don't think anything around PV charges in winter. I don't think from Crematory point charges either - and either north or south (s) can get you on the perchlings.

I'm hoping some Musky start getting the spring bite! Lets get frisky toothy buds!

Despite the impending storm, fool of a Tooks we are, might be hitting Musky waters in the AM. See how if goes. Perchfest would fit the bill!

Cheers!
Many tugs.
