Most of you who visit the Upper Salmon River know the four main shops: North Fork, The Bent Rod Outdoors in Challis and Old Sawmill Station and McCoy's in Stanley.
We are very pleased that the North Fork folks are now providing regular steelhead reports. We're even more pleased to say that The Bent Rod Outdoors also agreed to provide steelhead reports for the Challis area.
There is a fresh (SHORT) report from North Fork just posted and below that you will see The Bent Rod's first report that was posted on Thursday.
We're waiting to hear from McCoy's as to whether they might want tol begin reporting, too.
We know the folks at Old Sawmill real well. In fact, they are an advertiser on the website. However, it's just pretty unlikely they would submit actual steelhead reports. They are so danged busy! Your best bet with Old Sawmill is just give 'em a call and talk to Dana, Curt or Clayton for the latest steelhead news. Their number is 208-838-2400.
Anyway, the two latest reports we have are at the top of the webpage:
