Had to drop off some equipment to our sister company up at Hill AFB so I figured I was already up north why not hit the Weber. On my way up the Canyon I started to think " Oh no the runoff the waters were going to be fast flowing & muddy !~#!#..."
Just the opposite hit the Tag exit water levels are LOOOOOW lots of places ankle deep or void of water.
Had to put in work and find those deep pockets walked down stream about 1/4 mile and Taa daaa the water was alive the fish were rising.
Quickly tied on a small dry, first cast I got a nice brown
The majority of them were just little guys in the 12 to 14 inch range no point in taking pics but did manage to land this guy
Soon after a Dark Clouds blew in light rain and the dry action gone. thought it would be best to get scadaddle before a storm blew in
