Lake Lowell 5/8

Wife and I were sort of lazy and didn't get to Lowell until nearly 10:30 AM. Fished until 2 pm. Did reasonably well at the East end of lake up against the willows. A couple of nice 17 inch Largemouths. Overall probably caught a dozen or more fish, some a bit small but at least half a dozen nice ones. Couple of pics below.

lake lowell is fishing great right now we went out again tonight and nailed some nice bass just wading the south west side the fish were a little farther out tonight but we manage 20 or more fish tonight as the storm was turning the lake into white caps and all the boats were heading for the dock we kept fishing and it really turned on once the wind died down a bit we plan on going back tomorrow night these afternoon storms really turn the fish on for some reason

Yep, she gets like that when her fish is larger than mine!

She was really lucky, she was casting to a small open spot in the weeds next to a willow, the fish hit but she missed it 2 times before the 3rd was a charm.

She out fishes me all the time though so I'm used to it. Like to see her .
