UL Lindon
#1
Hit UL @ Lindon tonight for a few hours. It was hard to get to with the construction closures you have to go alllllll the way around ( Purposeful llllll's). We caught about 25 White bass in the area north of the harbor on jigs and a slow reel in about 2 hours time. People fishing with the fishing youth group looked to be having a bit of action as well, WB and Catfish from what I could see. Bite was surprisingly fast for this time of year. It was great to be on the pond for the first time this year, hope this leads to many more trips.

PS....Went for carp with the bow too ....very few sightings, no kills, still too early it seems.

The carp in Mud Lake are up and thrashing around if you have a boat.

Seen some of the slurpy lambada dance going down up my way too. Need to pack the bow next trip. I was right on top of em, good angle for angling!

Think this weekend holds some promise - for a change!

That's very true. The construction work was a nightmare too go through. With all the miles I wasted too check Lindon out end up being windy and cancelled my catfish trip last week. I hope they finish it soon because there's no way I'm swimming in the traffic again.
