Thanks for the tip. I’ve been fishing since I was 4 in Micronesia and fished as much as I could until I was 13, 1951 to 1960 and then got into surfing. 10 years old to 13 I did a lot of fishing out of Newport Beach on the Charter boats when the fishing was still pretty good but not like the days of Zane Gray and it was on its way of being fished out. It looks like the fish are coming back like the White Sea bass that were pretty much gone in the 60s. I’ve never seen one except pictures but my stepdad said they were plentiful in the 30s, 40s and 50s. So many fishing stories and so little time.
