best baitcaster reels under $100?

im looking for a new baitcasting reel under $100.. id like to know your opinion as to what you think the best reel for under this price is in different categories

categories are

value - which is the all around best for the price offered
quality - which is the most well made
features - which offers the most complete package for the price?

let me know which reels you would pick to fit any or all of those categories and why

You can find Quantum, Abu Garcia, and Shimano rod and reel combo's for under 100 bucks at Bass Pro, all day long. Any of those would be a great entry level to intermediate level combo. I'd go for something in the mid to upper level in price though. All of these are in your price range, and i'd start by looking at the abu:
