I'm planning on hiking to upper bells reservoir this weekend. I'm a rookie when it comes to fishing stillwater though. Anyone have any tips, like if there are even fish up there? Any advice is appreciated.

When I was up there a few years ago there were quite a few large cuts cruising the shore line. They were pretty easy to catch. Just hang a black wooly bugger in front of them. They put about as much fight a wet stick.
