looking for fishing guide/helpful info plz

Hello to all from the Great State of Texas. My wife and I are coming up to Rapid City SD and doing some sightseeing in South Dakota and Wyoming. (possibly Montana also)

She has given me permission to book a fishing trip so I am looking for helpful info/guide recommendations. I tried to do some research online but didn't see any really concrete info.

I have never been Northern PIke fishing. Are there pike up there or that just aint gonna happen?

The guide would have to be in a boat as my wife doesn't wade and I have to take her.
Prefer to fish for big fish if possible.

Please pass me on any info someone might have!
