Yeah I was there yesterday. They got the gate closed and locked at the top of the ramp. Water is really low.

I received an email from Calvin Black, one of our fisheries biologists, late yesterday. He wanted me to let everyone know that the Joes Valley Reservoir boat ramp is open again. A temporary metal grate ramp was installed to allow boaters access from the concrete ramp to the water. He noted that boaters are launching at their own risk. There is no metal grate once you're in the water.

When I was there only the tip of the grate was in the water then there was about a foot drop off.
