I just bought my dad's fishing boat, got it rigged up for lake fishing and spent too much money on new engine, outdrive, down rigger and gear to let it stay parked.
I am 55, female and would love to find a fishing buddy to take with me to Bear Lake (Utah) or Strawberry or even Flaming Gorge.
I have gear, transportation and time on Saturdays to take off and go.
Not a Sunday fisherman, but would like someone who loves fishing like me.
I have a fly rod and gear, but just starting out and would try any one's patience, regardless of how determined I am. Just need some more practice.
I fish in South Dakota once a year and enjoy walleye.
Not a smoker or a drinker or a cusser, just enjoy a well told story, be it tall tale or not.

Welcome to the site Dnorton, so what does the title of your post mean, "Middle Mom"? What kind of boat do you have? Lots of our members fish the lakes you mentioned, you should have no problem finding someone that wants to go fishing with you.

I'm retired and fish Strawberry a lot. But don't fish on weekends with the crowds. Do you fish during the week at all.

Ya see I am originally from Watertown area go back for the Pheasant hunting on my cousin's farm.

I am partial to Strawberry. If crowds are an issue, it is one I have not experienced, but I do most my fishing from a Pontoon or a 14' boat.
