Fishing invite for this Saturday

Got a late kitchen pass to go fishing this Saturday. I am open to discuss where we take the boat. Will leave SLC area at 5:00 AM, or earlier depending upon where we are going, and return when we get tired of fishing (I usually don't get tired until late in the afternoon). My last trip to Strawberry cost a total of $94.00 for shared expenses. $87.00 for gas for the boat and Suburban and $7.00 for the parking pass. This doesn't count the cost of the oil I have to mix with the boat fuel and the wear and tear on my Suburban and boat. If guests can afford to pay I welcome them picking up their share. I have been known to occasionally take a fellow angler for free or at a discount but don't like to make a habit of it.

I fish from a little one man kick boat and use a fly rod but in the past I trolled from a motor boat and that was/is just as fun.

There is no reason someone shouldn't share expenses. The boat is the major expense, heck it's a deal and a half to only pay for fuel and a park pass.

Totally agree on splitting gas and that park pass, but usually I am going anyway. So if this happens, a definite bonus.

I will go with you Saturday, and as always I am happy to pay my share of the expenses. After all if I go somewhere by myself I have to pay 100%. I could vote for Strawberry or back to Yuba. But, I don't have strong feeling about either. I am willing to go about anywhere.
