Jordanelle has a small amount of ice where the provo river comes in but other than that it is mostly open water.

There is only 4-5" in the marina bay. You better off go ice skating then ice fishing with that fire cracker ice going off. Really slick and not fun watching all the crack coming from everywhere on solid clear ice.

Was that 4-5 inches of ice on the east side? the rock cliff arm part? Thinking of going there saturday if the ice is safe. I dont care about the cracking if the fish are biting.

I was at the main boat launch on Jordanelle and not a fin too give when I went up there.
