Again, depends on your definition.

I launched my boat from the Deer Creek marina last week and could access about 10% of the lake -- without ever touching ice.

I'd imagine there is much more access now.

I will be up there again tomorrow.

I live up the street from Deer Creek and it is almost entirely ice free. On the way to work today there were quite a few boats out.
