Found the Brownlee Crappie
#1
Yep, I found them, but they are small ... got probably a hundred of them within a couple of hours .... but they were ALL small ones, where did the big guys go. Found them in a cove within the rocks, in about 16 feet of water and they were hanging out around 10 feet .... on red/white and pumpkin seed grubs ... Landed another keeper smallmouth also, dinner is going to taste sooo good

May head there tomorrow then, it is a 10 mile one way trip ... but that is fine if the bigger ones are there and they are still biting ....

Any other help/suggestions would be greatly appreciated

So did I! But they were all at the boat rampSad people were lining up for em, so I did too. Caught about 1 every minute for 5 minutes and bailed. Very small, biting anything.

Last part of April the larger ones were stacked in there. Lots of nice bass below them.
