Gorge Burbot

Heading up tho the gorge with some scouts in a couple of weeks. what is a proven way to catch the burbots at night? Would like to help get rid of them and put some on the table for them to enjoy as well. (likely with some crawdads)

I talked to a guy last weekend at the fish cleaning station at Lucern and he said the burbots started biting around midnight and he was fishing in 50'-90' of water. He was using the standard baits fishing the steep rocky areas of the lake. Hope this helps a little.
