Heading up north with my girlfriends family this weekend and I'm wanting to break in my 8 weight so I was hoping to get into some carp at bear lake and maybe some musky at newton. Is it possible to get into some Cutts at bear without trolling with a downrigger? Are there any other places nearby worth checking out?
