I have and besides a few chubs and carp there is very little to catch...
If streams are your game I would focus on the Idaho side of the lake/valley...

Are you talking about the BIG CREEK near Randolph, UT? If so, they keep it stocked with catch-able rainbows, a few that are bigger, likely carry overs from the year before. I've never fished it this time of the year but it has always been good during the Winter, while ice fishing. There are also two community ponds at Bear lake, they keep them stocked as well. Good luck, if you catch a few, please post a report, we don't get many reports from those ponds?

There's tons of fish in that creek on the south of bear lake...they're carp though! I went and stuck a couple with my bow earlier this year and I can't see anything else living in there.
Just a warning, the creek bottom is the worst mud I've ever seen. One step in and you're up to your shin in very sticky mud, one more and you're up to your crotch in the stuff and now you're in for a fight just to get out! Ask me how I know that...

ill avoid that area! certainly seemed like a good place to try when using google maps. is the garden city pond or laketown reservoir good fishing this time of year?
