Camped for 4 days fished all different times of the day in the lake and the fishing was pretty hard, couldn't catch more than two each time I went to the lake. Not too active. The leaves are starting to change. Fished the creek above the hiking trail/bridge and could catch small brookies (4-5 inches) in every hole of water but nothing any bigger. Must have been fished hard over Labor Day. I'd rather catch only two and not have the crowd.

I was wondering how that place has been doing lately. Were you fly fishing or spin fishing?

Bait and fly fishing....they were real finicky. I've fished up there a bunch.
