Saw this the other day via Twitter- These pictures are of Rock Cliff on Sunday. Ice looks pretty weak, especially near the Provo River inlet. The ice at Hailstone is much thicker. Half the reservoir is frozen to the north with the south side being open water. Boats can launch at the PWC ramp with open water all the way to the dam.
