We used to start ours from seed, but now we get ours at this annual spring time sale and saves us a lot of work.
Since it will be quite a while until we can actually put them out in the garden even using the walls-o-water - we now buy the smaller ones and repot them at least once before they can be planted outside.
This year, our new attempt will be to plant some tomatillos. If anyone has done this successfully - let us know if there is anything 'special' we'll need to do once we do get to plant them outside.
The chives have come up already this spring - gardening fun is on the horizon....
