Howdy y'all -
I'm going to be starting a Trout Unlimited chapter for Utah County. I recently met with Jeff Taniguchi, our Utah national rep for TU, and we're ready to finally get the ball rolling on a TU chapter down here in Happy Valley (sidenote - could we be the Happy Valley Anglers? haha)
Anyways, we need members and some people willing to serve as leaders of our local chapter. If you have any interest at all in joining, or in volunteering your time to be a leader, please let me know. PM me email addresses and I'll add you guys to the list.
For those who don't know - Trout Unlimited is a conservation organization dedicated to preserving coldwater fisheries across North America. It's a great organization that does a lot of good for fishermen/women everywhere.
If you'd like to have a voice in how waters in the Utah County area are conserved, and as well as helping maintain our great fisheries, please get involved. We'd love to have you.
