Second chance draws?

I'm curious if anyone here knows when the second chance drawing is conducted? The application period was Aug 5-15, but I can't find anywhere on F&G site which states when the actual drawing occurs.

This is from the 2015 Big Game rules and seasons book.

"Leftover Controlled Hunts
Second drawings: To ensure everyone has equal opportunity at
leftover and unclaimed controlled hunt tags, there will be two
drawings for deer, elk, pronghorn and fall black bear hunts. All
unclaimed tags, and all leftovers (does not include unlimited
tags), will be available for a second drawing around August 20.
The application period is from August 5 to 15.
Any tags not drawn after the second drawing will be sold firstcome,
first-served August 25 at 10 a.m. Mountain Time. The
10 percent nonresident quota and the waiting period restrictions
do not apply in the second drawing or leftover sales.
Applicants applying for a leftover tag must submit the
application fee."

Looks like the draw is supposed to be around the 20th? Doesn't give an exact date though. I am guessing any day now.[]
