Took my son's father in law who was in from Cali out on fri. am. Hit the water at 6:45 am and we had a double on within the first two minutes. We fished till 10:45 and fought with about 20 rainbow during this time. No planters all nice 18-25 inchers. Orange powerbait and a crawler was the ticket. Got lots of free jigging action as the power squadron kept wizzing by way to close to our boat but oblivious of anyone else but themselves. One so close I could see goosebumps on the person being towed behind the boat. All in all a great day, great weather, great fishing and we didn't get sunk by the squadron.
