Willard - Friday 23rd

[Tin-Can]

On the water just after sun over the east mountain. Kind of breezy to start but calmed a lot later, just enough to keep bugs at bay. Stats for those that want them: At the prep line @ 0750 air temp: 40 deg, at the dock water temp: 59.9 deg. Varied thru the day at 60.7 to 63.9, was 60.0 at 1600 when I pulled boat out.

Caught 1 Cat and 3 Wiper, all smallish, all released. One larger Wiper hooked but unbuttoned at the net. All catches on mussels. Had some hits on a green curly tail I was casting over near the west wall directly west from marina, but no hook ups.

I think its more jealousy,[] I know it is with me, cant wait till I can break from fishing to get stuff done and not break from stuff to go fishing, good on ya, maybe nex there will be enough water to come down to UL again.
