Left the house late and left the lake early to come back and work in my shop.
Caught about a dozen small perch and one small trout. Wax worm and perch belly on small jigs.
Kudos to the State for plowing the ramp, was able to park at the bottom of the ramp for easy off-loading.
All fish caught in 34fow across the bay from the ramp.
** Edit due to typo. I actually fished the 15th, not the 14th.

Glad you were able to get out and catch a few fish Shane. Were you using snowmobiles or ATV's to get across the bay from the ramp?

Thanks Curt.
I should clarify I went across the little bay to the north.
Its a very easy walk.
Ice is 6-7".

Taking some newbies out tomorrow, were you at the rock creek ramp or the state ramp?

I was just wondering if you have ever tried fishing just off the ramp, around those boat docks?
