Banner Day at the Berry
#1
My buddy got some new tracks on his Razr, so we decided to ice fish where we've wanted to fish for years: Renegade. The four of us got out there from the marina at around 7:30 and fished until 4:30. We always thought Renegade would be good fishing through the ice, and we were not disappointed. Between the four, we landed 62. We hooked into just as many that wiggled free before coming out of the hole. Of all the fish we caught, the smallest was 15". We had a few slot busters and some nice bows as well. We had a lot of success with white tube, salt and pepper tube jigs, white gizzy bugs and cutters. All tipped with meal worms.
