Went to strawberry today with a large group of friends and their kids. Started In 45' of water, Moved a few times all the way in to 10' and had no luck. Nothing much even on the finders. Did see an ambulance take someone off the ice at the marina in a hurry. Looked like they were doing cpr on someone on the way off the ice. Anyone know what happened? I hope the person is okay.

Same for me I'm still here. Caught 2 cuts off green power bait on a jaw jacker. Saw 3 others swim by on my camara. But kids are having fun.

A slow day on the ice is better than a slow day at home, that's for sure! Thanks for leading the trek today. It was a good time!

Did anyone hear any more about this? We were up there too and heard the sirens but were away from the marina and didn't see the emergency personnel take the victim away.
